You will be enjoyed by the big fireplace, working very well (firewood is included).

The large kitchen area is entirely equipped, with gas cooking table, oven, microwave, freezer-fridge,...). 

 In the dining room, the right door according to the bay window gives access to the lounge, with sofa bed, and 

 television.

The lounge allows you to enter into 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a clothes-closet.

The dining room-open kitchen ( 65m2) welcomes up to 11 persons around a large oak table (3,2 m).  
3 bedrooms (1 with ensuite bathroom); in total: double bed 140X200,  4 single beds 90X200, (3 folding beds  90X200, a babycot  60X140 and a sofa bed 120X200). A second bathroom and an independant WC.

Equipment: dishwasher, washing-machine, freezer-fridge, gas cooker, oven, microwave, TV, garden furniture, BBQ, fireplace, central heating. 

Both bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds (90 cm).

The second one is enlighted by a bay window which gives an independant access.

Aside this 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and a WC.

The door aside the TV (in front of the picture) allows access to a small laundry (with outdoor access). From this room, a small corridor opens to a WC and the third bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).

  To the right, a clothes-closet and oak furniture. The left door gives access to the bathroom with small bath and shower.
