TERMS and CONDITIONS

On the farm : 

2 private swimming pools

open from April to August 
(4 X 12 m for "Le Mas" and 4 X 8 m for "la Remise" ; next year,
"L'Estienne" will have a private pool).

3 shared swimming pools

for the houses : "La Fenière", "La Bergerie", "Le Trieur", "L'Estienne" et
  la maison "Charpin" (which is situated Viens) 
located on a side and other of the farm :

• with flat bottom (6 X 12 m and 1,7 m of depth); it is open from April to  September ;

• with inclined bottom (4,1 x 11 m; depth: 0,8 to 2 m) ; it is open in July and August ;

• the third one, ideal for chidren: 4X8m, depth: 40 to 80 cm, is open in July and August, too.

We propose rental house from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 9-10 am. 
Nevertheless, if you want to arrive sooner, you can put your luggage in the house.

Availibilities

All charges are included: water, electricity, heating, firewood,
and the end-cleaning. 
 
Linen (blankets, sheets, towels) is not included; hiring is possible: 15 Euros/person

At your arrival, a security deposit (500 Euro for the houses for 10 persons max. and 1000 Euro for the other houses) will be required and will be refunded at the end of rental period.

Rental horses (for confirmed riders, comfortable at trot and galop, able to put the tackle, your level will be check at your arrival):

 Horse or big pony: 100 €/ week 

 Shetland pony (for your 4 to 7 y.o. kid): 50 €/ week

If you are rider, you  MUST  book the horse or poney before (when you book your house), according to your experience, weight and wish about western or English riding style.
